A NEW WALL TREATMENT

Our new bonus room is 14×17 feet so it’s a pretty big space.

I’ve always wanted a pool table and we found a three-in-one table from Wayfair. It’s a pool table, ping pong table and a work table.

It fits perfectly in this space and is used almost every night. I try to kick the LOML’s butt in pool. If you don’t know, we stink!!! But we’re getting better.

There is a large wall behind the television and seating area and I wanted to find a pretty wall treatment that would bring a little color and texture to the room.

I found a great treatment on Amazon called

Art3d 36-pack 54 sq. ft. Peel and Stick Floor Tiles Vinyl Plank Flooring Wood Look, Adhesive and Waterproof Tile Sticker for $79.99. We used 2 boxes for 14′ wide and 8′ high to cover our wall.

It was so easy to apply to the wall. The directions show exactly how to place the planks so the seams are scattered and not uniform. The hardest part about this project was trying to match up each plank so the flow of the pattern was smooth. There were only a couple of places that bugged the OCD in me but no one else will ever notice.

Here’s the blank wall along with the television. You can see the work table that was great to be able to store everything on while we worked.

I love how it turned out!!! It adds a little warmth and texture which is exactly what I wanted!

What do y’all think? Would you do a wall paneled wall if it was this easy??

Next up, I’m going to share what we did with the opposite wall in the bonus room. Come back and see soon. And thanks for coming to my little blog. I really appreciate you!

Love y’all,

Linda
