Our new house is slowly becoming our new home. Each room is looking more like “us.” I’m trying to put our personal touches into each space with color, pictures, souvenirs, gifts, and sweet memories.
We’ve decorated our
When we were shopping for a new house, one of my favorite spaces in this house was the master bathroom. Our old master bathroom had a very small shower so this new shower was such an upgrade!

It is a very bright room with the large window above the tub.

I found these beautiful canvases on Amazon. I love the blues and the bright sunlight coming through the windows.

If you know me at all, you know I love color (especially blues!). I ran to Lowe’s to find just the right shade of blue….Valspar BFF….to match these prints and add some color to this beautiful space.
The first step was to remove everything from the walls; pictures, towel bars, hooks, dust. I filled in the holes for the towel bars because we weren’t going to hang them back up. We bought Command hooks and placed them behind the door so the hanging towels are not the first thing you see when you enter the bathroom.
Next, I taped the baseboards, ceiling and all other moldings.

The best part of a painting project for me is ripping the painter’s tape off and cleaning up the painting stuff.
The brand new room is all painted!!!
Ta Da!!!

I love walking into this room now. It’s so bright and cheerful!!
Next project for this room…the mirror frame.
Can’t wait to share it with you. Come back soon!!

Love y’all,
Linda
