AN ORNAMENT WREATH

How was everyone’s Thanksgiving?

Ours was wonderful! A lot of family time, cooking, eating, laughing, playing.

It was a wonderful time.

Now that everyone is back to school or work, I thought I would get some Christmas projects done.

The first project (of many running around in my head) was inspired by a Pinterest picture. Remember my new french doors in the upstairs hallway?

I saw two beautiful wreaths hanging from these doors.

Here is the inspiration picture.

So I ran to the Dollar Store and bought a bunch of green, red, and gold ornaments in different sizes.

I found a couple of hangers.

And this is my sweet Daughter #2 trying to model and failing badly!! I love her to pieces!

The LOML untwisted the top part of the hanger and we attempted to string the ornaments on. The wire was so bent that the ornaments wouldn’t slide so the LOML just chopped the bent parts off.

We strung the ornaments onto both hangers.

Then we closed the hanger by twisting the two ends together (very difficult and painful to the fingers!).

I added a gold bow on top to hide the closure and

VOILA!

I love how they turned out! And a big thank you to my helper Daughter #2.

Please come back and see my next Christmas project.

Hint: What do you get with some wood letters, a wreath and a cabinet door?

Love y’all,

Linda
