Here in the great state of NC, we got a little snow.
Unlike the north where y’all continue living your lives with 4 inches of snow, we in NC stop everything. No work, no school, no driving anywhere!
I am NOT complaining though because I love
SNOW DAYS!!
We get to sleep in, stay in our pj’s, cuddle on the couch and watch movies and drink hot chocolate.
Son #2 had to go to work the morning the snow came, and he attempted to drive up our slightly pitched street and slid backwards instead of going forward. He ended up walking to work in the snow. I think he kinda liked it!
Later that day, the LOML, me, and Daughers #1 & #2 played in the snow while walking to Target. We weren’t prepared for the 4-6 inches of snow we got because the weather man predicted anywhere from a dusting to 1 inch. Ha! Were they wrong!
We had so much fun but now it’s back to work/school/life.

But, before we can buy all the wood we’ll need, we have to clean out and organize our very packed garage. We’re making trips to the dump daily!!
